Pilot Uniform

Fremantle Port Authority

Captain Robert Powell joined the Fremantle Port Authority as a pilot in 1985 and later became Deputy Harbour Master. Originally from England he went to sea with the port line as a young man and made trips to Australia regularly. In the 1970s he made the decision to migrate to Western Australia.
