
A Recipe from Nonna with Love

Ingredients
25 grams butter (melted)
2 eggs
8 tablespoons sugar
8 tablespoons cornflour
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Handful of crushed almonds
2 ½ cups self-raising flour
Method
Beat sugar, eggs and melted butter.
Once beaten, mix in all the other ingredients.
Shape via biscuit press.
Bake in moderate oven until golden.
